While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
5.2 File Size and Processing Limits
We may impose reasonable limits on file sizes and processing capabilities. Current limits include:
- Maximum file size: 50MB per file
- Processing timeout: Files must be processed within reasonable time limits
These limits may change without notice to ensure fair usage and service quality for all users.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data as described in that policy, including:
- Automatic deletion of uploaded files after processing or within 1 hour
